It was the second year of my graduation and I was good at studies and sometimes bunks of lectures as well. I was not a regular student at my college. That day, I was given additional work by my father to deposit some money in his bank branch. I decide to bunk my classes and went to the bank. After finishing depositing money I boarded the same bus route no 37 which I daily use to commute from home to college. It was 11:00 am and the group of 3 girls boarded. I was sitting on the second last seat. They were unable to get the seat and were standing and talking to each other. I didn't pay attention but I didn't know that a girl from that group will change my habit of not coming to college every day.
After some time I felt like standing up and giving the seat to one of them, hence I did eye contact with one of them and asked her to seat, and the next moment I was standing. In return, I got a smile. A smile that touched my heart instantly, I never felt anything like that. Frankly speaking, I was very shy at that time, never talked to many girls before. So there was just an exchange of smiles and nice eye contact that happened. I was standing at some distance but many times I felt that someone is looking at me when I saw her, every time she turned around and started talking to her friends. Now even I started looking at her while she was talking to her friends and when she suddenly looked at me I turned around but I didn't have anyone to talk to. So she caught me red-handed staring at her and she smiled back. That was the first day when I saw her and I was unable to forget that smile and look. When I closed my eyes to sleep at night I was seeing it too. And I decided at that time I will be going to college tomorrow.
